The Naked Over Wrapper applies transparent film to cigarette packs at 25 packs per minute — engineered to keep the pack’s full printed surface, health warnings, and tax stamps completely visible through the film. This distinguishes it from standard cigarette pack cellophaners where film may partially obscure fine print. It is required in cigarette production operations serving markets with strict health warning and tax stamp visibility regulations.
Operating as a standalone unit positioned between the cigarette packing machine and the carton boxer in the tobacco production line, the Naked Over Wrapper achieves above 95 percent operational efficiency with a 10 to 15 minute changeover between cigarette pack formats. At 6 KVA it is one of the lowest power consumption machines in the cigarette production line.
